- Design and deliver instructor-led training programs (in-person and/or virtual)
- Customize content to meet client needs, industry context, and learning outcomes
- Facilitate interactive sessions using adult learning methodologies
- Deliver workshops, simulations, case studies, and group activities
- Conduct pre-course needs analysis and post-training evaluations when required
- Align delivery with agreed learning objectives, timelines, and quality standards
- Collaborate with the project team on logistics, materials, and session flow
- Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively with clients
- Submit required reports, attendance sheets, and feedback summaries post-delivery

- Proven experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator, or consultant
- Strong subject-matter expertise in relevant fields (e.g., Leadership, Strategy, EI, Coaching, HR, Finance, Digital, etc.)
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage senior professionals and diverse audiences
- Experience delivering training in corporate or government environments
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage, depending on engagement)
- Reliable, well-prepared, and deadline-driven
- Willingness to travel (when required)
- Ability to work independently under a freelance engagement model
