I have successfully completed the Operations Effectiveness Using Excel course, where I learned how to use Excel to analyze, improve and predict the performance of operations in various business domains. This is a practical and comprehensive course that covers topics such as statistics, optimization, simulation, quality control and more. My sincere appreciation to Management, academy from channels by STC and Virginia Institute of Finance & Management (VIFM) for their support and outstanding efforts to make the journey remarkable. Thanks to our instructor Mahmoud Elewat for the effort, generous support throughout the journey.

This week I had the fantastic opportunity to complete a Microsoft Office course. Throughout the training, I gained valuable insights into how to enhance my productivity in the work I’m currently doing. I would like to thank Mahmoud Elewat for sharing his wealth of knowledge with us, his guidance made our learning experience more valuable and enjoyable. Away from cybersecurity, I’m glad to have the chance of taking this course Business Intelligence of Data with Ibrahim Khanji, PhD from Virginia Institute of Finance and Management. I learned a lot with PowerBI and reporting skills.
