Experience

Alaa embarked on her media journey as an intern at “Now TV” in Media City in 2014, where she quickly showcased her talent in reporting, content production, and social media strategies. She then joined the University of Sharjah’s Admissions and Registration Department and, demonstrating remarkable progress, became a customer service specialist by 2018. In 2019, she further honed her news publishing skills. Today, as the Operations Supervisor at the Virginia Institute of Finance and Management, Alaa oversees all operational facets. Her role encompasses organizing training courses, supervising logistics, facilitating smooth communication with trainees and clients, and handling assessments both prior to and following training sessions, always with a keen eye for operational excellence.

Her keen orientation towards detail, coupled with her strong organizational abilities, ensures that training sessions are coordinated efficiently.
