Amal Kayed is the Relationship Director for Virginia Institute of Finance and Management. she holds a bachelor’s in cultural management from Yarmouk University in Jordan. She is a certified ISO 37001:2016, Management Systems.

Experience

During her 15 years’ experience in Customer Service, Communication and Relationship management. Before joining Virginia Institute, Amal worked as Business Support Specialists at Meirc Training and Consulting in Dubai, UAE for almost 10 years. She also worked as Executive Assistant / HR at Dai Nippon Construction in Amman, Jordan.

With Virginia, Amal takes on the role of overseeing partner relationships in training. A resolute and assertive leader, Amal possesses outstanding analytical, organizational, team-building, and planning skills. She maintains an unwavering commitment to upholding high-quality standards and enhancing bottom-line profitability. Amal is currently in charge of managing 200 accounts and projects for leading corporations in the MENA region.
