Dr. Ibrahim Khanji is a Senior Finance Consultant with Virginia Institute of Finance and Management (VIFM), and university professor in Finance. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor degree in Business, Masters in Finance, and PhD in Finance from the University of Salford Manchester in the UK. Ibrahim is a certified financial trainer for USAID Program, and many other programs, institutions, and projects.
Experience
For over 25 years of professional, training, and academic experience in the UK and Middle East, Ibrahim worked as a chief accountant, financial manager of M.S Real Estate, and also as Admin & Financial advisor at Quintain Estates & Development PLC, London. UK. On the training level, Ibrahim designed and presented various training programs for USAID, in feasibility studies & Business Plan, Budgeting and financial forecasting, Financial Analysis, International Finance, Financial and accounting computer applications, and many others. Ibrahim also held many academic positions in finance, a lecturer at University of Salford Manchester, head of financial department, and a vice dean. He also participated in establishing new programs in finance, supervised, coordinated, and taught many finance courses in the postgraduate and undergraduate levels, in addition to, supervising MBA level and master’s program in finance. He also published many papers in the field of corporate finance, and financial analysis.
Expertise
Dr. Ibrahim conducts many training courses in the area of corporate finance, financial analysis, and international finance, for many public and private corporations. In the new established SME’s, he is a consultant of preparing financial, business plan and budgeting. Ibrahim has accumulated valuable expertise in financial statement analysis, financial planning, and forecasting, his PhD thesis focus on financial failure prediction models, analyzing over 5000 companies in the UK.
