Last week I had the opportunity to attend an amazing workshop by Mr. Aiman Sadeq for 2 days from Virginia Institute of Finance & Management. We learned about Data Analysis & Reporting Techniques using Excel and we saw how to use them in an intelligent way.

I had the honor of attending ATD Middle East conference with the presence of many international companies that provide great training services to employees, I’ve also attended a session given by Mr.Aiman sadeq the managing director of Virginia institute where he talked about HR analytics with a new perspective on HR
