This course is designed for senior agile professionals who hold the DASSM certification and have significant experience coaching agile teams and programs at the enterprise level. It is particularly suited for enterprise agile coaches, organizational change consultants, agile transformation leads, and senior agile practitioners who are responsible for guiding executive leadership, shaping organizational culture, and driving enterprise-wide agile adoption. PMO directors, senior program managers, and organizational development professionals who are transitioning into enterprise coaching roles will also benefit greatly from the advanced content and coaching technique mastery this course provides. Professionals who have been successfully leading agile transformations and wish to formalize their expertise through the globally recognized DAC credential are strongly encouraged to attend.
