Prior to that, Mufid worked as a Client Partner with FranklinCovey Middle East and as a Business Development Executive with Meirc Training and Consulting. His career also includes roles such as Business Development and Proposal Manager at Axianta International, Business Development Manager at Incorporated Consultants (Conin), IT Department Manager at Carrefour UAE, and IT Sales Engineer at Global Information Technology (GIT). Throughout his career, Mufid has consistently delivered results by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions that align with organizational objectives.

He has delivered training sessions on Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and MS Project, designed specifically for business productivity.
