Ali brings more than 18 years of experience across executive education, management consulting, program and project management, higher education, customer experience, and operations. At VIFM, he leads the Leadership and Strategy practice serving corporate executives, government entities, and institutional clients across the GCC and Europe. He sets the portfolio direction, leads strategic business development and client relationships, architects executive curricula, and connects programs to measurable behavioral and business outcomes. He also cultivates strategic relationships with CHROs, government learning leaders, academic affiliates, and certification bodies, helping convert one-off training needs into sustained capability-building partnerships. Before becoming Director, he served as a Management Consultant at VIFM. His earlier career includes leadership roles with Luminus Education Group, where he managed Pearson international programs, BTEC quality assurance, faculty coordination, unconventional learning, digital pedagogy, entrepreneurship, and funded education projects. He has also worked in business and startup consulting, marketing consultancy, consumer support, telecommunications marketing, and contact-center operations in Jordan and the United Kingdom.
